Onsite Support Engineer

Job Description:

As a Support Engineer, you are the central contact person for IT-related problems or questions. You will initially try to provide a solution yourself. In addition, you provide correct problem handling for both software and hardware problems and give the necessary feedback to the customer. You can work well with smart screens, desktops and Wifi. Proactively you take care of the proper functioning of the computer systems. With the goal of providing the customer with the best possible service, you will continually educate yourself. Finally, installation and delivery of equipment is also one of your everyday tasks. 

Technical Requirements:

In addition to several years of experience all help desk operator and/or with good IT knowledge, you have the following skills:

  • You have a good technical background of MS Windows, MS Office, O365
  • Wifi holds no secrets for you
  • Experience with Intune is a big plus
  • Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
Functional requirements:
  • Good communication skills, service-oriented, customer-friendly, stress-resistant
  • You have a true team spirit
  • You are curious to learn about different business applications
