Your job description

As a second-line support engineer, you will provide hardware and software support both onsite and remotely. You will be responsible for analyzing and escalating hardware problems. Your responsibilities also include installing new devices such as smartphones, tablets and printers. In addition, you are responsible for the installation and configuration of standard software packages via SCCM.

Your Profile

In addition to possessing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or similar through experience, as a Support Engineer you will possess the following skills and knowledge:

  • Windows
  • M365
  • Active Directory
  • SCCM
